Current representation & portfolio development

Materials portfolio & principal partnerships

Build a focused materials portfolio around real customer needs.

Henneke Holdings supports represented material platforms from TYNOX, Jiuta and Pidilite while developing North American access to MLA Group active zinc oxide and metallic stearates for the complete formulation.

Representation does not imply unrestricted territory, owned inventory or guaranteed availability. Developing access identifies technologies Henneke Holdings is still working to secure. Product, documentation, packaging, pricing and delivery are confirmed for each project and written quotation.

A portfolio with a purpose

Complementary technologies—not an unfocused list of products.

The portfolio will be built around Henneke Holdings' strongest technical markets and the material problems customers need to solve. Every future principal and product line must add a clear performance, supply or commercial advantage.

Named principals, product families and authorized territories will be published only after the applicable commercial mandate and permission to use company information are confirmed.

Two ways to begin

Product support for customers. Market access for principals.

Henneke Holdings connects qualified demand with manufacturers that can support the required technology, geography and supply model.

01

For customers

Tell us the material problem you need to solve.

Share the application and commercial requirement. Henneke Holdings will determine whether an appropriate approved principal or supply partner can be introduced.

  • Application, polymer or formulation system
  • Required performance and technical specification
  • Current material or incumbent product, when available
  • Target geography, annual volume and commercial timing
  • Regulatory, packaging, inventory or delivery requirements

Principal onboarding discipline

Move from initial interest to a market-ready partnership.

The goal is not simply to add a logo. It is to establish a workable mandate with the technical, commercial and operating support required to produce repeatable revenue.

01

Confirm portfolio fit

Evaluate the technology, applications, competitive position and customer value against Henneke Holdings’ market focus.

02

Build the business case

Define priority markets, achievable revenue, pricing logic, investment needs, risks and the operating model required to compete.

03

Set the mandate

Agree territory, customer ownership, product scope, authority, exclusivity, responsibilities and commercial terms in writing.

04

Prepare the market

Align technical documents, samples, regulatory support, inventory, logistics, pricing and customer-service readiness.

05

Launch with discipline

Execute a controlled pipeline, qualification and sales plan with clear measures, reviews and corrective action.

Principal selection standards

Partnerships must be technically credible and commercially executable.

Henneke Holdings will prioritize manufacturers that can support strong product performance, responsive decision-making, dependable supply and a clearly defined path to market.

  • Clear technical differentiation or a credible value position
  • Reliable manufacturing, quality systems and supply continuity
  • Complete technical, safety and regulatory documentation
  • Commercial terms that support competitive local execution
  • A defined territory and practical customer-ownership model
  • Responsive technical, sample and management support
  • Complementary fit without unmanaged principal conflicts
  • Shared commitment to measurable, long-term growth

Clear commercial boundaries

Every published relationship must match the written mandate.

Product supply, invoicing, warehousing and fulfillment may be provided by a principal, an authorized distributor or an approved operating partner, as defined in each agreement. Final product selection remains subject to manufacturer documentation and the customer's own technical, regulatory and application validation. Any future technical values, specifications, regulatory statements and availability information will be manufacturer-supplied, may change, and must be confirmed for the product, territory, seller and intended use before purchase or qualification.

Portfolio expansion underway

Bring the product need—or the technology ready for market.

Henneke Holdings welcomes focused discussions with customers seeking materials and manufacturers seeking disciplined commercial growth in North America or Europe.
