Finished-product evaluation · U.S. stock support

Qualify white ABS and HIPS housings under the actual molding conditions.

A white appliance or equipment housing must meet the complete part specification. Confirm candidate-grade fit before sampling, then compare the incumbent control at identical molding conditions.

Current grade, quantity and release timing are confirmed for your request.

Evidence and next step

What the reference supports—and what your trial must establish.

This is a proposed application trial. Confirm TYNOX compatibility with the resin, stabilizers and required end-use approvals with the supplier. PP laboratory references are not evidence of ABS or HIPS performance. No finished-housing production result is established here.

Finished products to discuss

  • White equipment covers
  • Appliance housing components
  • Opaque ABS or HIPS molded parts

Qualification gates

  • Color, opacity, gloss and surface appearance
  • Heat exposure, yellowing and molding stability
  • Impact strength and dimensional fit
  • End-use approvals where required
  • Cost per accepted molded part

A practical sample plan

Control. Staged screen. Finished-product decision.

  1. Define the incumbent controlRecord ABS or HIPS resin, incumbent pigment package, wall thickness, molding temperature, stabilizers, surface and mechanical targets, and required approvals.
  2. Agree the candidate and test planConfirm grade fit, current documentation, availability and staged starting levels with Henneke Holdings and the supplier.
  3. Run matched comparisonsUse the same process, geometry and measurement method. Record all acceptance gates and processing or yield effects.
  4. Decide on technical and commercial fitConfirm cost per accepted product and the next production-validation step. A supplier screening example is not a guaranteed outcome.
