Screen TYNOX for opaque PE film at the production gauge.

Opacity needs to hold in the actual film structure. Compare the incumbent control and a staged candidate screen at the same gauge, color target and conversion conditions.

Current grade, quantity and release timing are confirmed for your request.

Evidence and next step

What the reference supports—and what your trial must establish.

The supplier presentation includes an LDPE screening reference, but its printed specimen-gauge unit needs clarification. A numerical thin-film performance or replacement claim is therefore withheld. Use the reference as a reason to discuss a controlled trial, not as proof of commercial film performance.

Finished products to discuss

  • Opaque white PE packaging film
  • White film layers and liners
  • Film masterbatch letdown studies

Qualification gates

  • Gauge, layer structure, opacity and color
  • Dispersion, gels and filter-pressure behavior
  • Bubble or cast-film stability and output
  • Tear, puncture, tensile and sealing requirements
  • Cost per accepted film area at the required gauge

A practical sample plan

Control. Staged screen. Finished-product decision.

  1. Define the incumbent controlRecord PE resin, film structure and gauge, incumbent TiO₂, masterbatch and letdown, line conditions and required mechanical/sealing performance.
  2. Agree the candidate and test planConfirm grade fit, current documentation, availability and staged starting levels with Henneke Holdings and the supplier.
  3. Run matched comparisonsUse the same process, geometry and measurement method. Record all acceptance gates and processing or yield effects.
  4. Decide on technical and commercial fitConfirm cost per accepted product and the next production-validation step. A supplier screening example is not a guaranteed outcome.

Bring the application facts. We’ll help frame the sample plan.

Include PE resin, film structure and gauge, incumbent TiO₂, masterbatch and letdown, line conditions and required mechanical/sealing performance. Public visitors can request an application review; sample approval and shipment follow business, territory and product-fit verification.
