Finished-product evaluation · U.S. stock support

Connect white HDPE appearance with container performance.

For blow-molded industrial bottles and jerrycans, follow the selected pigment-system screen through the finished container and its thinnest wall sections.

Current grade, quantity and release timing are confirmed for your request.

Evidence and next step

What the reference supports—and what your trial must establish.

This is a proposed application discussion. Confirm TYNOX grade suitability for the HDPE resin, pigment route and blow-molding conditions with the supplier. The supplier PP laboratory references do not establish HDPE container performance, chemical resistance or an approved replacement level.

Finished products to discuss

  • White industrial bottles
  • Opaque jerrycans
  • Customer-defined blow-molded containers

Qualification gates

  • Opacity and color across the wall distribution
  • Blow-molding stability and surface quality
  • Drop, top-load and dimensional requirements
  • Environmental stress cracking and chemical compatibility
  • Cost per accepted container

A practical sample plan

Control. Staged screen. Finished-product decision.

  1. Define the incumbent controlRecord HDPE resin, incumbent TiO₂, pigment loading and addition method, container geometry, wall distribution, molding conditions and required drop/top-load/chemical tests.
  2. Agree the candidate and test planConfirm grade fit, current documentation, availability and staged starting levels with Henneke Holdings and the supplier.
  3. Run matched comparisonsUse the same process, geometry and measurement method. Record all acceptance gates and processing or yield effects.
  4. Decide on technical and commercial fitConfirm cost per accepted product and the next production-validation step. A supplier screening example is not a guaranteed outcome.

Bring the application facts. We’ll help frame the sample plan.

Include HDPE resin, incumbent TiO₂, pigment loading and addition method, container geometry, wall distribution, molding conditions and required drop/top-load/chemical tests. Public visitors can request an application review; sample approval and shipment follow business, territory and product-fit verification.
