Finished-product evaluation · U.S. stock support

Evaluate white ink in the printed structure the customer uses.

A laboratory drawdown is a starting point. Qualify the proposed pigment package on the actual substrate, at the required laydown and press conditions.

Current grade, quantity and release timing are confirmed for your request.

Evidence and next step

What the reference supports—and what your trial must establish.

Supplier white-ink references provide screening inputs. They do not establish adhesion, lamination strength or production opacity on the customer’s substrate. Define those acceptance gates before choosing a replacement level.

Finished products to discuss

  • White flexographic ink
  • White gravure ink
  • Surface and lamination print structures

Qualification gates

  • Opacity and color at the same laydown
  • Viscosity, solids, dispersion and printability
  • Drying and blocking
  • Adhesion and rub performance
  • Lamination strength where required
  • Cost per accepted printed area

A practical sample plan

Control. Staged screen. Finished-product decision.

  1. Define the incumbent controlRecord Binder, solvent or water system, incumbent TiO₂, substrate, print process, laydown, viscosity and adhesion/lamination targets.
  2. Agree the candidate and test planConfirm grade fit, current documentation, availability and staged starting levels with Henneke Holdings and the supplier.
  3. Run matched comparisonsUse the same process, geometry and measurement method. Record all acceptance gates and processing or yield effects.
  4. Decide on technical and commercial fitConfirm cost per accepted product and the next production-validation step. A supplier screening example is not a guaranteed outcome.

Bring the application facts. We’ll help frame the sample plan.

Include Binder, solvent or water system, incumbent TiO₂, substrate, print process, laydown, viscosity and adhesion/lamination targets. Public visitors can request an application review; sample approval and shipment follow business, territory and product-fit verification.
